Eligible Products

This policy applies to:

  • Slightly used or opened products
  • Products sold at discounted prices due to opened packaging or minimal prior use

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return if:
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match the condition described on the product listing

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that show signs of damage caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue (if damaged or faulty)
  • Our support team will review and guide you on the next steps

🚚 Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
  • Price differences may apply for exchanged items.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation is not possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
